Olympus Property Group engaged with the client on a cost-plus contract. The trust between the parties through a prior project carried out for a clients family member enabled this type of procurement to be a huge success for both contractor and client.

This large domestic project included a front extension, a basement excavation and conversion, landscaping, tanking, full re-wire, new heating system and much more. The property was entirely transformed and whilst the brief developed along the way which did create some time setbacks, the understanding and communication between the parties ensured that this was a truly magnificent project with a luxury finish.

The project, exceeding £500k in value, commenced in January 2021 and completed in March 2022 with the client having taken up habitation since November 2021.
